Description
because of changes related to sameSite attribute :

- Subject changed from cookies are not set correctly .... to cookies are not set correctly in some environments - ok on local host
this is due to secure param option -> if set, ccokie is not set when http only (without ssl)
Just remove 'secure' option !
- Status changed from Nouveau to Fermé
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
- Related to Evolution #1256: update cookies to handle better Secure params added
