Its seems it was related to memory issue :

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 24576 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx/httpdocs/lib/vendor/intervention/vendor/intervention/image/src/Intervention/Image/Gd/Decoder.php on line 154

  • Status changed from Nouveau to Fermé

issue was due to lack of memory.

Increasing memory in .user.ini file is a smart solution. Now set by default to 256Mo
